Would just like to wish everyone a safe New Years. Don’t want to hear about any arrests!
It’s been pretty quite in the Staff household as most of us were sick over Christmas. I’ve escaped thus far and keep washing my hands every three minutes to try and stay healthy. Only problem now is that my hands are cracked.

It’s been a relatively quite couple of weeks due to the fact that my back is still playing up.

There’s nothing more frustrating for an athlete than having a injury. I’ve been crawling out of bed and having to wait for an hour to go by before my backs warms up! Similar to an old car!

Anyway, I have some great physios helping me out and with some patients, I’m hoping it will settle down to the point where I can ride and not be in pain.

In the mean time, it’s catch up with all the bills and empty a few more boxes from the move.
